Serene House Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. With this being said, it is suggested that you read these terms each time you purchase.

PAYMENT

All prices listed in the shop are exclusive of sales tax.

Fraud and fraudulent orders will be reported to the police.

We reserve the right for any typographical error, which also includes incorrectly priced goods.

We always ship your order as quickly as we can, generally within 5 business days. Serene House does not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery that can be caused by forces beyond our control. Unless otherwise specified, a freight charge is added to every order. The freight charge is clearly shown in the checkout before you place your order. The charge is irrespective of how many products have been ordered. We enclose a packing slip with the details of the delivery. Remember to keep the packing slip in case of any returns, complaints, or exchanges.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION

In order to validate your warranty for your product, we request that you register your product at the time of purchase on our web-site www.serenehouse.eu.

WARRANTY

Serene House products carry a limited Two year warranty on manufacturer defects. Glass, Ceramic, Porcelain and other mistreatment of the products are not warrantied for breakage. Original packing list is required as proof of purchase for all warranty claims. All claims must be made in writing to: info@serenehouse.eu. All claims must accompany a Warranty Claim number when being returned. Any warranty claim product received without a warranty claim number will be refused.

RETURNS

All returns must be made in writing to: Info@serenehouse.eu All returns must accompany RA# (Return Authorization Number) that will be issued by our Customer Service prior to the return and clearly marked on the package. Any return received without an RA# will be refused.

Serene House reserves the right to issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned merchandise and packaging. Upon receipt of the return, your merchandise will be inspected. Refunds will be given only for the item purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and return shipping fees may apply. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.

INTERNET

We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website will exactly reproduce the real colors of the item offered. The reproduction of colors depends on the settings in your computer. JavaScript must be activated in your browser in order for the site to work.
